dj2maschine

dj2maschine is a midi controller which acts as an extension to the maschine controller from native instruments.

dj2maschine adds a crossfader and some trigger buttons for effects.
This way maschine can be used as a DJ controller with software like NI Traktor.

  • An arduino nano can be stacked onto the this controller board. All the logic is done on the nano, whereas this pcb is just housing some additional components to switch higher currents and so on.3

  • The finished controller The mini cd's on the left and right side of the controller show the status of each deck. The cd's start/top rotating in conjunction to their corresponding deck in the DJ Software. In the gauge you can see in the middle acts as a beatcounter. It get's its signal via midi-clock and shows the current BPM.5
